Oboro

Oboro is a Black Cat by Contract who signed an agreement to work with Ageha a year ago and then promptly disappeared. Oboro's family has served Ageha's for many years and he is continuing that tradition, much to his own chagrin. During their first mission together the two started to argue and Ageha buried Oboro under a boulder where he remained trapped for a year before being able to dig his way out.

Despite growing up together, Oboro and Ageha do not get along with one another. Ageha often treated her black cat roughly as a child and this began their long running animosity towards one another. Oboro mistakenly thought he could gain his revenge against his employer, but Ageha still retains her signed contract that ensures he cannot stop serving as her retainer. Ageha does not like Oboro any more than he likes her, but the shinigami chooses to keep him out of spite.

Oboro appearance suggests he is approximately the age of a middle-school student and his personality is quite similar to a human of that age group. He is rambunctious, energetic and quite mischevious. Upon learning that his mistress, Ageha, is afraid of snakes, he tormented with serpentine spirits. Despite his unprofessional behavior towards his employer, Oboro is a skilled and capable black cat who utilizes his long, razor-sharp claws to tear through his opponents.
