Konton
Perhaps the most intellectual of the Four Perils, Konton prefers to battle with illusions and plan methodically before engaging his enemies. As he is called upon to face the Half-Demon Princesses he intially prefers to do so through proxies such as Nikosen and Yawaragi.
Konton is at his most dangerous when he lures Setsuna and Towa into his Eight Field Trap, a massive illusionistic world that loops around upon itself. The girls wander away from one another but eventually manage to use their powerful sense of smell to relocate one another and then to find the barrier to slice through and find Konton's hiding spot.
Having slain Meioju, a powerfully armored turtle demon, Konton acquired his hide to use as protection against direct attacks, but soon loses it as the girls press their attack. Konton flees a number of times but is ultimately caught and slain by one of his own beasts who swipes his head off.
The Meaning Behind the Name - 渾沌
"Konton" means "chaos" or "confusion".
