Rumiko Takahashi shares excitement about the time in 1996 when she got to visit Tetsuya Chiba's home and describes the huge Joe Yabuki poster in his living room and the thrill of being able to see his work space.

She goes on to recount the other times she has met him and how much she loved reading his manga when she was still in school at a local book rental store. She recounts running into Tetsuya Chiba and his wife when they were out on the town going to their play in their local music club.
